4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

lawinplay supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorized payment channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Deposits are credited to your lawinplay account immediately upon successful processing. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take up to 24 hours to process, though most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. lawinplay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. lawinplay does not accept cash deposits or payments from anonymous sources.

This limitation applies even if lawinplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party agrees to resolve disputes on an individual basis only.
